Club Program

Speedskating is a lifelong sport! DASH is fun and encouraging environment allowing each individual skater to develop and achieve their goals through age appropriate training and fun. DASH encourages and supports the development of young skaters, future leaders, over years. A sustainable, reliable program.

Ages 5-19 (Must be able to skate unassisted)

​

Oct. 16, 2023 through March 3, 2024!

  • Monday & Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm

  • With select racing weekends at the Pettit Center

  • No Training Dec. 25 & 27 or Jan. 1

​

Optional Out of Town Competitions

  • John Rose Open Dec. 8-10 @ Roseville, MN

  • Age Group Nationals Feb. 3-4 @ Roseville, MN

​

Skaters 13 years or older that meet US Speedskating Time Qualifications will be eligible to skate the following competitions:

  • Am Cup Series

    • Oct. 27-29 @ Pettit National Ice Center​

    • Dec. 8-10 @ Roseville, MN

    • March 8-10 @ Salt Lake City, UT

  • US Junior Championships Jan. 4-6 @ Salt Lake City, UT​

Cost to Families: Only $475

Season Long Skate Rental for New Speed Skaters: $50

​

INCLUDES: Pettit Season Pass (Value $960), DASH Racing Skinsuit (Value $100), Wisconsin Speedskating Association Membership (Value $10), DASH Skating Membership (Value $475)

Total Value for Our Families: $1,545

**Additional Training Available On Thursdays For Those That Meet Specific Developmental Milestones & Commitment Ages 13 & Up

At various times throughout the year DASH offers free or reduced price opportunities for kids to try speedskating!

These sessions are coached by our Director of Youth Development, Leah Lambert, Olympians, Junior World Team members, Masters World Champions, and our High-Performance Skaters.

2023 Summer Inline Program

Have some fun and learn how to GO FAST this summer! If you can skate, you can speedskate!

Speedskating is a life long sport. Whether you are new to in-lining or have been doing it for years it is a great workout and fantastic cross-training tool for other sports!

​

Ages 5-19 (must be able to skate unassisted)

​

Wednesday Evenings 6:00-7:00pm

June: 21,28

July: 12, 19, & 26

August: 2, 9, & 16

​

Location: Frank Lloyd Wright Intermediate School Paved Track (Corner of 92nd & Cleveland)

​

Registration: $50

Deadline to signup is June 2, 2023

  • Inline Skates (any kind)

  • Helmet

  • Knee Pads

  • Wrist Guards
