Speedskating is a lifelong sport! DASH is fun and encouraging environment allowing each individual skater to develop and achieve their goals through age appropriate training and fun. DASH encourages and supports the development of young skaters, future leaders, over years. A sustainable, reliable program.

Speedskating is a life long sport. Whether you are new to in-lining or have been doing it for years it is a great workout and fantastic cross-training tool for other sports!
